Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached to the garments.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, removing any previous delivery stickers.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
